Taylor Swift’s ‘1989 (Taylor’s Version)’ Surpasses 2 Million in U.S. Sale

1989 (Taylor's Version) topped the 2 million mark in U.S. album sales in the week ending January 11, according to Taylor Swift,

 who claims this to be her ninth album to do so. The record sold 17,000 copies that week, bringing its total sales since release in October to 2.014 million, according to data tracking company Luminate. (Sales consist of conventional album purchases,

Released in October of 2022, Swift's album Midnights was the last to meet both criteria. In its first week of release, 

Midnights sold over a million copies; in February 2023, it crossed the two million mark.The nine albums by Swift that have each sold at least two million copies are listed here, 

in order of greatest overall sales: The album Fearless garnered 7.285 million, 1989 6.472 million, Speak Now (4.817 million), Red (4.582 million), Midnights (2.814 million),
