Nick Bosa Takes Shot at the Chiefs

Nick Bosa, a defensive lineman for the San Francisco 49ers, was open about his emotions from the previous time his team met the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl, and he even threw in some trash talk.

The two will face off in the Big Game for the first time since 2020 on February 11 in Las Vegas.

Bosa hopes to capitalize on those memories next week, and he started with a shot at the Chiefs' offensive tackles."They hold a lot," Bosa told reporters on Thursday.

The Kansas City offensive line was 18th in Pro Football Focus' final offensive line rankings for 2023. Joe Thuney, the Chiefs' top pass-blocking lineman, with a PFF grade of 83.4.

Nonetheless, Bosa will attempt to go behind the Chiefs' blockers and upset quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

While the 49ers sacked Mahomes four times in 2020, the Chiefs rallied with 21 unanswered points in the fourth quarter to win 31–20.

"It's obviously going to elicit some emotion, which I'm trying to suppress until we get closer.

We still have a lot of time, so I don't want to burn out, but it's going to be a busy day," Bosa remarked.
