Messi misses the Al Nassr friendly due to suspected hamstring soreness.

As is the case with Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi will not be participating in the friendly match that will take place on Thursday between Inter Miami and Al Nassr.

Despite claims that Messi was suffering from a hamstring injury, he was not included in Miami's matchday roster.

This came just one day after Ronaldo was ruled out of the match due to an injury.

When Inter Miami made the announcement of its lineup for the match, Messi was nowhere to be seen.

According to the Miami Herald, Messi experienced "discomfort" in his hamstring and underwent an MRI; however,

it was anticipated that he would return before the conclusion of the club's Asia tour.

On Sunday, the Herons will fly to Hong Kong to play a match against an all-star team.

This match will take place after the Herons' encounter against Al Nassr. Wednesday will mark the conclusion of the club's tour of Asia, which will be played against Vissel Kobe in Japan.
