Tom Sizemore, the 'Saving Private Ryan' actor, dies at 61.

Tom Sizemore died after being removed from life support, his manager Charles Lago revealed to Variety on Friday.

The 61-year-old actor had a brain aneurysm on February 18.

"It is with great sadness and sorrow I have to announce that actor Thomas Edward Sizemore ('Tom Sizemore') aged 61 passed away peacefully in his sleep today at St Joseph's Hospital Burbank,"

Lago said in a news release. "His brother Paul and twin boys Jayden and Jagger (17) were at his side."

Lago previously stated on February 27 that "doctors informed his family that there is no further hope and have recommended an end-of-life decision."

On February 18, Sizemore fell in his Los Angeles home and was taken to the hospital by paramedics.

Doctors determined that he had a cerebral aneurysm caused by a stroke.

Sizemore had been in serious condition since then, having been in a coma while receiving medical care.
