Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding Made Overnight

I'm late to the chia seed pudding party. However, I can still be passionate. For what seems like five years, chia seeds have been trendy. Its unlimited uses may explain that.

Overnight Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

Naturally sweetened, 6-ingredient chocolate chia seed pudding is rich and creamy. Full of nutrients, ideal for breakfast, snack, or dessert!

Pour cacao powder (sifted to reduce clumps), maple syrup, ground cinnamon, salt, and vanilla into a small bowl and whisk.

Whisk in small amounts of dairy-free milk until a paste forms. Add remaining dairy-free milk and stir until smooth.

Whisk in chia seeds again. Cover and chill overnight or 3-5 hours until pudding-like. The mixture may benefit from an extra whisk/stir after 30–45 minutes in the fridge.

Though best fresh, leftovers last 4-5 days wrapped in the fridge. Top with fruit, granola, or coconut whipped cream and serve chilled.

The nutrition information is an approximate approximation without extra ingredients or toppings, with less maple syrup, and with almond milk (not coconut milk).
