1-team 'coming in hot' for Bill Belichick, Rob Gronkowski say

On Thursday, Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots amicably ended their 24-year partnership, which had resulted in six Super Bowl celebrations in Foxborough, Massachusetts.

Belichick's future plans are still out in the air, but he has been mentioned in whispers about head coaching openings at the Washington Commanders, Los Angeles Chargers, and Atlanta Falcons, among other teams.

Rob Gronkowski, a legendary former Patriots tight end, even went so far as to say that Belichick would end up in A-Town.

"From now on, don't expect Coach Belichick to be done. He's returning with a vengeance. "

On "FOX NFL Sunday," Gronkowski stated, "And I've been hearing in the streets that the Atlanta Falcons are coming in hot for Coach Belichick."

Following the team's defeat to the New Orleans Saints in Week 18, the Falcons sacked head coach Arthur Smith and are now looking for a replacement.

According to ESPN, Falcons franchise owner Arthur Blank has attempted to get coaching greats like Joe Gibbs and Bill Parcells in the past but has been unsuccessful.

Belichick can do whatever he wants now that he has more freedom, thus the Falcons could be able to pursue a renowned coach after all.
